DIMATALING,
Zamboanga del Sur (Aug. 7, 2018) - The PNP personnel of Dimataling Municipal Police Station,
Tigbao Municipal Police Station, Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Mobile Force
Company and Regional Intelligence Unit 9 conducted joint police operation on
wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 11:30pm of August 05, 2018
at Purok 11, Sitio Lasak, Barangay Buburay, Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur.
The successful operation was resulted
to the arrest of murdser suspect identified as Jhunnardo Bayobay Y Vergara,
A.K.A “Naldoy” 35 years old, married, Fisherman and a resident of New Tuburan,
Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder docketed under CC#13617-2K17 dated
October 10, 2017 issued by Hon. Felix B. Rodriguez, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch
18, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.
The accused is now temporarily detained
at Dimataling MPS detention cell waiting for court disposition. (By JONG CADION
