DIMATALING,
Zamboanga del Sur (Oct. 16, 2018) - PNP personnel of
903rd and 902ndManeuvering Company of RMFB9, Provincial Intelligence Branch of
Zamboanga Del Sur PPO, Dimataling MPS and Molave MPS conducted Manhunt
“Charlie” at PurokMaliwanag 2, BrgyParasan, Molave, Zamboangadel Surat about
3:00 PM of October 15, 2018.
The
operation was led to the arrest of CristitoOpiar Y Sibay, 55 years old,
married, farmer and resident of above mentioned place.
The
suspect was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Judge EdilbertoAbsin,
Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur dated June 23,
2008 for the crime of Frustrated Murder docketed under Criminal Case # 08-043
with recommended bail bond in the amount of two hundred thousand
(Php200,000.00) pesos.
Subject
arrested personnow temporarily detained at Molave MPSfor booking procedure
prior proper turned over to the issuing authority.
